Refunds
We do not offer returns or refunds on products if a customer does not like a fragrance. Refunds are offered on lost product, incorrect product or damaged product.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please email us at northcountrycandle@gmail.com with photo’s of damaged product.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
